Disputed transactions
Fraudulent disputes may be challenged. Apothify retains checkout logs, delivery records, agreement acceptances, IP and user agent data, and item snapshots for every order, and submits this evidence to your bank and the card networks where applicable.
Abuse
Repeated abuse may result in an account block and may be reported to fraud monitoring services. Unpaid balances may be pursued where allowed by law.
