Privacy Policy

What we collect

Order information (name, email, shipping address, phone if provided), order history, payment status, and basic analytics about how you use the site.

How we use it

To process and fulfill orders, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, comply with law, and (with your consent) send research updates.

Who we share it with

Service providers strictly to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Resend (email), and the payment processor you choose at checkout. We never sell or share your mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

Apothify uses cookies strictly necessary to operate this website: a security token to prevent cross-site request forgery (APOTHIFY_CSRF), a signed cookie to remember your cart between pages (APOTHIFY_CART), and a signed cookie to remember your research-use acknowledgement (APOTHIFY_ENTRY).

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes your IP address with anonymization enabled. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and we do not enable Google Signals. The data is used in aggregate to improve the site. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do not sell or share

Apothify does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross context behavioral advertising or for monetary or other valuable consideration. Because we do not sell or share, we do not display a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals have no third party data flow to disable. If our practices change, we will update this policy and add the required controls.

Shipping scope

We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not market to or solicit users in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@apothify.com, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

Retention

Order, compliance, and acceptance records are retained as required by law and processor agreements.
