Shipping Policy

Free shipping over $150

All orders over $150 ship free via USPS flat rate Priority Mail within the United States.

Expedited (UPS)

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are available at checkout. Expedited carriers run Monday through Friday business days only and do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

Cut off

Orders placed before 3 PM PST on a business day ship the same business day, Monday through Friday, subject to payment approval, address verification, inventory availability, and compliance review. Orders placed after 3 PM PST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your package ships. You can also look up your order any time at apothify.com/track with your order number and email.

Manual payments

Check and money order shipments are released after the payment clears (typically 10 to 14 business days after the order).

Address verification

Apothify reserves the right to hold an order until the shipping address is verified.

U.S. only

We ship only to addresses within the United States at this time.
