By using apothify.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Research use

Products sold on Apothify are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption. Apothify does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Not a pharmacy or healthcare provider

Apothify is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or medical platform.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all product information, warnings, applicable laws, and storage requirements before purchasing or using any product.

5. No warranty

Products and information are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apothify disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apothify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Apothify harmless from any claim arising from your use of the site or products.

8. Arbitration and class action waiver

9. Chargeback abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with retained evidence (checkout logs, delivery records, agreement acceptances). See our Chargeback Policy.

10. Compliance review and order cancellation

Apothify may cancel any order at its discretion, including after compliance review or address verification.

11. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, design, and trademarks, is owned by Apothify or its licensors.

12. Governing law

Governing law and venue will be specified in the attorney approved final version.

13. Electronic acceptance

Your acceptance of these Terms at checkout is recorded with a version stamp, IP address, user agent, and timestamp, and stored as part of your order record.

14. Changes

Apothify may update these Terms. The version in effect for your order is the version you accepted at checkout.
