Refund Policy

This document is a draft for attorney review. It will be replaced with attorney approved final copy before launch.

Before processing

You may cancel an order before it enters processing by emailing info@apothify.com. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Because Apothify ships products for laboratory research use only, returns are limited to the specific cases below.

Report any damaged or incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, file a claim within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier.

Check and money order payments may require an additional 10 to 14 business days for delivery, verification, deposit, and processing before shipment.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Apothify may cancel any order on compliance review with a full refund of the payment received.
